Here's the short version: Partybusinanaheim.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, operate routes, or provide transportation itself. What it is — and this is the part that makes planning so much easier — is a quote-comparison website that connects you to a large network of transportation companies serving Santa Ana and all of Orange County.
Fill out one quick form with your date, group size, and where you're headed, and you'll see different vehicle options and rates side by side in seconds. No account required. No obligation.
Just options.
Instead of spending an afternoon calling company after company, explaining your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that never quite line up — you fill out one form and see everything at once. Party buses, minibuses, charter buses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos — all the vehicle types, all the pricing, right there on one screen. And if you'd rather talk it through, a live team is available every day of the year at 909-326-2018 to help you find the right fit.
That's it. That's the whole thing.

Your Santa Ana Bus Rental With Popular Amenities
Not every Santa Ana trip calls for the same bus. A bachelorette night through the Yost Theater district and into Anaheim is a completely different job than shuttling 50 employees between two office campuses along the I-5 corridor.
Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar area — built for celebrations. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos are the right call for smaller executive groups or bridal party runs, with leather seating, tinted windows, and USB charging at every seat. For longer hauls — say, a charter bus to a Rose Bowl game in Pasadena or a day trip to San Diego — the 40–56 passenger charter bus brings undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, reclining seats, WiFi, and power outlets.
Amenities vary by vehicle, and you can compare them all at once right on this site.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 909-326-2018 before booking.

Why Groups in Santa Ana Compare Before They Book
The honest answer: because you get more options in less time, with zero pressure. Partybusinanaheim.com isn't locked into one fleet or one set of prices. The site connects you to a network of transportation companies competing for your business in Santa Ana and greater Orange County — which means you're comparing real options side by side rather than hoping the first company you called has what you need.
Here's what that looks like in practice. Your company has a 60-person team outing to Angels Stadium in Anaheim. You need two vehicles, pickup at the office in Santa Ana, drop-off at the stadium's bus loading area, and a return run after the game.
With this site, you enter those details once. You see which vehicles are available, what each one includes, and what the rate looks like — right away, no phone tag. If the online form isn't your style, call 909-326-2018 any time of day.
A live team member can walk through options, put together a package, and answer every logistical question you have about your specific itinerary. No obligation, no account, no wait.
Santa Ana Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
From airport transfers and sports shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette nights, prom, concerts, corporate events, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Santa Ana, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 909-326-2018 to get your group moving!

Santa Ana Airport Shuttles & Transportation
John Wayne Airport (SNA) sits at 18601 Airport Way in Santa Ana — which puts it closer to most Orange County groups than LAX by a wide margin. But that proximity doesn't make the pickup simple. Commercial arrivals move through the Thomas F. Riley Terminal, and commercial bus pickup falls under strict curbside coordination on the Arrivals level.
Groups traveling from multiple terminals or with large amounts of checked luggage need a clear pickup plan before wheels touch down, not after.
For larger groups flying into LAX and connecting to Orange County events, the drive down the 405 can run 75–90 minutes on a Friday afternoon without any incident — and with one, you're looking at a lot longer. A Santa Ana airport shuttle bus gets the whole group in one vehicle, one pickup, one drop-off, no coordinating between rideshare cars or rental vehicles. Check the John Wayne Airport shuttle guide for curbside and logistics detail, and call 909-326-2018 to get a quote for your arrival or departure date.

Santa Ana Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Santa Ana's downtown dining and bar scene along 4th Street is one of the best-kept secrets in Orange County — and on a Friday night, parking anywhere near the East 4th Street corridor is a genuine fight. The blocks around SoCo & The OC Mix (3313 Hyland Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) draw a big dinner crowd as well, and Anaheim's Packing District is another popular group stop just 10 minutes north on the 5.
A Santa Ana party bus rental keeps the whole group together across every stop — dinner in the Packing District, drinks in downtown Santa Ana, late night in Anaheim or Huntington Beach — without anyone splitting off to find parking or waiting on a rideshare. The 15–50 passenger party bus range comes with LED lighting, a sound system, flat-panel TVs, and bar seating, so the night doesn't have to wait until you arrive somewhere. Just show up.
Call 909-326-2018 to check availability for your date, and see the bachelor and bachelorette page for more route ideas.

Santa Ana Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Orange County has one of the largest quinceañera and Sweet 16 markets in Southern California, and Santa Ana is right at the center of it. Popular reception venues include ballrooms along the South Main Street corridor, as well as the Anaheim Marriott and Sheraton Park for larger banquets. A party bus arrival — decked in the celebration's colors, rolling up to the venue entrance — lands differently than a caravan of cars hunting for parking.
Santa Ana birthday bus rentals are available in sizes from 15 to 50 passengers, so the right fit exists whether you're moving an intimate group or a full quinceañera court. Weekday rentals for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras running afternoon-to-evening can be a real value relative to weekend pricing — and many venues in Orange County have adjacent surface lots large enough to stage the bus between pickup and drop-off windows. Call 909-326-2018 to ask about vehicle availability and compare rates for your celebration date.

Santa Ana Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Santa Ana's historic concert circuit is anchored by the Yost Theater (307 N Spurgeon St, Santa Ana, CA 92701) — a 900-capacity venue in the heart of downtown with almost no dedicated parking within a walkable distance. Street parking in the blocks around Spurgeon and 4th Street turns over fast on show nights, and the nearest structure is several blocks east. A Santa Ana concert bus rental drops your group at the door and handles the return run when the show ends — no scrambling for rideshare availability at 11pm on a Saturday.
Larger shows pull Orange County groups north to the Honda Center in Anaheim or south to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa. Honda Center sits just off the 57 Freeway, and post-concert traffic on Katella Avenue backs up quickly in every direction. A charter bus from Santa Ana drops the group at the Honda Center bus loop and picks everyone up at the same spot — no surge pricing, no splitting up.
Call 909-326-2018 to check vehicle availability for your concert date.

Santa Ana Corporate Event Transportation
Orange County's corporate corridor runs thick through Santa Ana — the city is home to major offices along the Bristol Street and MacArthur Boulevard corridors, and the Anaheim Convention Center is less than 10 minutes north on the I-5. A Santa Ana corporate charter bus keeps your team together between the office, the hotel block, and the event venue without anyone fighting the Santa Ana Freeway interchange on their own.
For convention groups headed to the Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802), the Convention Center's bus loading area is on Katella Avenue — but parking in the surrounding blocks fills fast on major show days, and rideshare queues after evening sessions can stretch 30–45 minutes. A dedicated corporate shuttle circuit from Santa Ana hotels and offices solves both problems: fixed departure windows, one drop-off point, no one stranded after the keynote. For executive team transfers or VIP airport runs, a Sprinter limo handles up to 14 passengers with leather seating and a clean, quiet cabin.
Call 909-326-2018 to discuss shuttle contracts and multi-vehicle rates.

Santa Ana Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church group outings, milestone anniversaries, and large private celebrations all run into the same Santa Ana logistical problem: parking at popular venues in Orange County is expensive, limited, and often completely sold out by the time your group arrives. The OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa (88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) hosts major private events and concerts throughout the year, and on high-attendance weekends, the parking lots fill hours before the event starts at prices running $15–$20 per vehicle.
A private charter bus from Santa Ana stages at your pickup location, drops everyone at the event entrance, and returns for the post-event window — one flat rate, one vehicle, no parking math to do across 15 individual cars. For events at multiple stops across Orange County — say, a graduation celebration hitting a restaurant in Anaheim, a park in Irvine, and a reception hall in Santa Ana — a minibus or charter bus keeps the group together through every leg. Call 909-326-2018 to get options for your specific date and headcount.

Santa Ana Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Orange County — late April through mid-May — is the single busiest period for party bus demand across the entire region. Santa Ana Unified School District high schools, including Santa Ana High School, Valley High School, and Segerstrom High School, hold their proms within a compressed window, and the vehicle supply across Orange County tightens fast.
If you are planning a prom or homecoming rental: book by January. Waiting until March or April is not just a pricing risk — it's a real availability risk. A 25-passenger party bus booked in January might run $275–$375 per hour on a weekend; the same vehicle with a May booking attempt may simply be gone. Partybusinanaheim.com lets you compare available options quickly and lock in your date without the back-and-forth.
See the prom party bus page for more, and call 909-326-2018 the moment your date is confirmed.

Santa Ana School Event & Field Trip Transportation
For teachers and trip coordinators, the logistics of a Santa Ana school field trip can get complicated fast — especially for destinations like Disneyland in Anaheim, where the resort's guest drop-off area for commercial vehicles is on Disneyland Drive, not the main Magic Way entrance, and school groups need to coordinate directly with Disney's group services in advance. The Disneyland bus rental guide has specific drop-off and parking detail worth reviewing before you go.
Other popular school trip destinations out of Santa Ana include the Bowers Museum (2002 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92706), which is walkable from most Santa Ana schools and offers free on-street and metered parking on nearby streets for commercial vehicles, and the Discovery Cube Orange County (2500 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92705), which has an on-site parking lot and a designated bus loading area. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 909-326-2018 to build your school trip transportation plan.

Santa Ana Sporting Event Transportation
Angels Stadium of Anaheim (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) is the closest major sports venue to Santa Ana — about 4 miles north on the 5 — and on a sellout Saturday night, the parking situation on Gene Autry Way is a known headache. Stadium lots run $15–$25 per vehicle depending on the lot tier, and the exits after a night game back up significantly onto Katella Avenue and State College Boulevard. A Santa Ana charter bus to Angel Stadium drops the group at the designated bus loading area, skips the parking lot queue entirely, and coordinates a post-game pickup window so nobody's standing on the curb waiting.
For soccer fans, Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson hosts LA Galaxy home matches, about 35 miles northwest on the 405 — a stretch of freeway that turns genuinely painful on a weekend evening. A Santa Ana sporting event party bus handles that drive so the group arrives together without anyone white-knuckling the freeway. Call 909-326-2018 to compare vehicle options for your next game day.

Santa Ana Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Santa Ana has a strong concentration of wedding venues along the South Coast and in the surrounding cities — The Villa Westminster, venues in the Tustin and Irvine corridor, and the beach-adjacent reception halls in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach that draw Orange County wedding parties from across the region. Newport Beach is about 12 miles south of Santa Ana on the 55 Freeway, and on a Saturday afternoon in June, that stretch can easily run 30–40 minutes.
A Santa Ana wedding shuttle bus solves the coordination problem that plagues multi-venue weddings: shuttling guests between the hotel block, ceremony site, and reception venue without anyone getting lost on the 55 or arriving at the wrong parking structure. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the wedding day itself — leather seating, climate control, and no one in a gown navigating a parking garage. For large guest counts, a minibus or full charter bus handles the hotel-to-venue loop on a fixed schedule.
Call 909-326-2018 to match the right vehicle to your wedding timeline.

Santa Ana Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Wine Country is the go-to winery destination for Orange County groups — about 50 miles south of Santa Ana on the I-15, and home to more than 50 tasting rooms concentrated along Rancho California Road. The drive back from Temecula on a Sunday evening, when everyone on the 15 is heading home from a weekend in the desert or wine country, can stretch well past two hours. A Santa Ana winery tour bus gets your group there and back on one vehicle with no one drawing straws for designated driver duty.
For closer options, the Anaheim Packing District (440 S Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805) has a rotating roster of craft beer and wine vendors in a walkable, indoor market setting — about 8 minutes from downtown Santa Ana by freeway. Pair it with stops at Bottle Logic Brewing (1072 N Batavia St, Orange, CA 92867) and Stereo Brewing (950 W Foothill Blvd, Placentia, CA 92870) for a full Orange County pub crawl circuit. A winery tour bus rental keeps the group together across every stop.
Call 909-326-2018 to set up your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Santa Ana Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusinanaheim.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusinanaheim.com?
Partybusinanaheim.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation. It lets you compare party bus, minibus, charter bus, and Sprinter van options from a network of companies serving Santa Ana and Orange County — all through one form or one phone call at 909-326-2018.
How does Partybusinanaheim.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and you'll see vehicle options and rates from companies serving your area. Compare vehicles, compare pricing, and find what fits your group. No account needed, no obligation.
If you'd rather talk it through, call 909-326-2018 any time and a live team member will put together options for you on the spot.
How much does a party bus cost in Santa Ana?
Santa Ana party bus rentals generally run $250–$375 per hour on weekends for a 25-passenger bus, and $200–$275 per hour for a minibus on weekdays. Charter buses typically fall in the $200–$350 per hour range. These are planning ranges — your actual price depends on the vehicle, the date, and your itinerary.
Fill out the form or call 909-326-2018 and you can get pricing for your trip in under a minute.
Where does a charter bus park at the Anaheim Convention Center?
The Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave) has a designated bus loading and unloading area on Katella Avenue. On high-traffic convention days — particularly during major trade shows and consumer events — that curbside window gets busy fast. It's worth reviewing the Convention Center's official transportation guidance before your event, and coordinating your drop-off window in advance with the specific event's arrival instructions.
A charter bus that drops on Katella and stages nearby beats circling for parking.
What's the difference between a party bus and a minibus?
A party bus is built for celebration — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, a bar area, flat-panel TVs. A minibus is configured more like a traditional coach, with forward-facing seats, overhead storage, and strong climate control. Minibuses are the right call for airport transfers, corporate shuttles, and wedding guest loops.
Party buses are the right call when the ride itself is part of the event. Both are available through this site — compare them on the full vehicle page.
Can a charter bus get into Disneyland for a field trip or group visit?
Yes — but the approach matters. Disneyland's commercial vehicle and group bus drop-off is on Disneyland Drive, not the Magic Way main entrance. School groups and large private groups need to coordinate with Disney's group services in advance, and buses typically stage in designated lots rather than waiting at the curb.
The Disneyland bus rental guide has specific detail on the approach, drop-off zone, and what to confirm ahead of your visit.
Is there bus parking at Angels Stadium of Anaheim?
Angels Stadium (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim) does accommodate charter buses, but group transportation parking areas and approach routes can shift by event. The stadium's official parking page is the right place to confirm current bus lot assignments before a game or concert. In general, buses approach via Gene Autry Way and use designated commercial vehicle staging areas.
Coordinating your post-game pickup time in advance means your group walks out to a waiting vehicle instead of joining the rideshare queue on Katella. See the Angel Stadium bus rental guide for more logistics detail.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Santa Ana trips — a birthday night, a corporate shuttle, a winery run to Temecula — two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak periods. For prom and homecoming season (April–May), book by January; the Orange County party bus supply gets thin fast across a narrow window. For New Year's Eve, Rose Bowl season, and major Anaheim Convention Center events, four to six months out is the right target.
The earlier you lock in a date, the better the selection and pricing you'll see. Call 909-326-2018 the moment your headcount is set.
Popular Santa Ana Party Bus Destinations
Santa Ana sits at the center of one of the most event-dense regions in Southern California — Disneyland is 8 minutes north, Newport Beach is 12 minutes south, and the Honda Center, Angel Stadium, and Anaheim Convention Center are all within a 15-minute window. Here are six of the most popular group transportation destinations out of Santa Ana, with the logistics detail that actually matters when you're moving a group.

Bowers Museum
The Bowers Museum (2002 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92706) is one of the largest art museums in Southern California — 12 galleries, a permanent collection of pre-Columbian and Pacific Rim artifacts, and a rotating calendar of major traveling exhibitions that pull group tours from across Orange County. The museum sits on North Main Street with metered street parking on surrounding blocks and a small surface lot on the east side of the property. Commercial bus drop-off uses the Main Street frontage.
For school groups and private tours, the museum offers group admission rates and advance booking — contact the Bowers at (714) 567-3600 or visit bowers.org to confirm current group access and parking guidance before your visit.

Discovery Cube Orange County
The Discovery Cube Orange County (2500 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92705) is a hands-on science center purpose-built for school groups, with an on-site parking lot and a designated bus pull-through at the north side of the property. It seats up to 300 in its theater and hosts curriculum-aligned programs for K–12 groups throughout the school year. The facility is less than a mile from the 5 Freeway's Main Street exit, making it one of the most accessible group field trip destinations in Orange County for Santa Ana schools.
Group admission and program scheduling runs through the Cube's education team — visit discoverycube.org for current program availability and group rates before your visit.

Honda Center
The Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) hosts Anaheim Ducks games, major concert tours, and arena events for 18,000+ — and the post-event traffic situation on Katella Avenue and the 57 Freeway is genuinely rough. Rideshare pickup zones fill fast and surge pricing spikes hard on sellout nights. Bus drop-off and pickup uses the arena's designated commercial vehicle area off Douglass Road on the north side of the venue — steps from the main entrance.
See the Honda Center bus rental guide for specific drop-off logistics, and call 909-326-2018 to lock in your group's game-night transportation before availability gets tight.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts
The Segerstrom Center for the Arts (600 Town Center Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) is the anchor performing arts venue for Orange County — home to the Pacific Symphony, Broadway touring productions, and ballet performances that draw large group bookings from Santa Ana and across the region. The Center's parking structure off Town Center Drive charges per vehicle, and on high-attendance nights — opening weekend of a major Broadway run, holiday performances — those structures fill before curtain. A bus from Santa Ana drops the group at the Center's main entrance loop and coordinates a post-show pickup, so no one is hunting for their car in a multi-level garage at 11pm.
Visit scfta.org for event schedule and group ticketing detail, and see the Segerstrom Center bus rental guide for approach and drop-off specifics.

Knott's Berry Farm
Knott's Berry Farm (8039 Beach Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90620) is about 8 miles north of Santa Ana and one of the most popular group outing destinations in Southern California — theme park days, Knott's Scary Farm nights in October, and Knott's Merry Farm runs in December all draw large party groups from Orange County. The park's main parking lot charges $35 per vehicle (cash and card both accepted), and on peak-season Saturdays, that lot can be full by mid-morning. Bus drop-off and pickup uses the commercial vehicle lane at the Beach Boulevard entrance.
See the Knott's Berry Farm bus rental guide for current drop-off logistics, and book early for October — Scary Farm is one of the year's highest-demand nights for party buses out of Santa Ana and Anaheim. Call 909-326-2018 to check availability for your date.

Anaheim Packing District
The Anaheim Packing District (440 S Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805) is a restored 1919 citrus packing house turned food hall and market — about 8 minutes from downtown Santa Ana on the 5. It anchors a walkable dining and entertainment block alongside the nearby MAKE Building and outdoor vendor areas. Street parking in the immediate blocks is metered and turns over fast on Friday and Saturday nights, and the surrounding residential streets have posted permit restrictions that catch out-of-towners.
A party bus from Santa Ana drops the group at the Anaheim Boulevard frontage and stages nearby, so no one is circling the Packing District neighborhood at 9pm looking for a spot. The Packing District pairs naturally with other Anaheim stops — Angel Stadium, the Packing House Bar, or the Anaheim Garden Walk — for a full night-out circuit.
